Processing Your Order:

All orders from thesextoystand.com are processed within one to two business days, and then are shipped to you according to your preferred shipping.

If the shipping/billing addresses are different, your order may be delayed pending order and/or credit approval.

All shipping fees are in USD.

Shipping your Order:

All orders will be shipped pending credit approval. Our Customer Service department may contact customers for additional information as required.

You will receive an e-mail notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number if applicable for your selected shipping method.

In the event that your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted within 2 business days and informed of the reason for the delay.

As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process.
