Defective Items:

If you received the wrong item:

If we ship the wrong item by accident, we will gladly do whatever is in our power to correct the problem. We will cover the cost of shipping both ways! Unopened items:

If you have not opened an item and wish to return it, you may. Please visit our returns instructions page for more information on how to return an unopened item. Note: customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Lingerie, Clothing, & Underwear:

Unworn Garments:

Only lingerie that has not been warm can be returned. All labels and packaging must be in its original condition for a full refund to be issued. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Damaged or wrongly shipped items:

Please contact customer service immediately if you received the wrong item, or if it is damaged. We will cover the cost of a replacement item and shipping both ways. Refunds, Exchanges, or Store Credit:

Customers may opt for store credit, a refund via the same method of purchase, or an item of the same or lesser value should an item be returned.

Return Timeline:

Customer service must be informed within 10 days after you receive your order if you wish to return an item. Authorization for a return will not be granted if we are not contacted within 10 days after you receive your order.
